We have a 30 day return policy. This is from day of dispatch. We will always use tracked and signed for, as our delivery method. Please email: [email protected] with a brief description of why you want to return and a picture of your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging sent in the same method, tracked and signed for, to:

We can not give a refund if your item has been used or misused.

Once your item has been received by us and inspected, we will email you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment made, we aim for 5/7 working days.

Late or missing funds

If you haven’t received a refund in this time, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed, officially posted and shows on your account.
