Exchanges / Lost Items

We will only exchange items if they have been damaged/lost via transit (though our mailing system) this must be done within a 60-day window, from dispatch date. Our insurances will only cover that period. Please send me an email: [email protected] we will need a full description of damage and pictures of your item and the packaging. We will replace your item and dispatch, within a 4-week window (please remember all my items are handmade and take time to create) and re send via tracked and signed for. We will email you with details on when. Then please return your item tracked and signed for to:

Shipping/posting returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping/posting costs. Shipping/posting costs are non-refundable. We will deduct the return shipping/posting costs from your refund. If you are returning an item back to us, please use a tracking service or purchasing shipping/posting insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We give a description of how to care for your item with every sale made and how best to store it please retain this, the finish is not covered under any guarantees as is misuse.
